93, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2016 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. She is survived by her loving family; her son Byron Colwell, daughter Tricia (Rand) Kannenberg, daughter Jean (Rick) Rieken, and a daughter Cristina (Arik) Heim, 5 grandchildren; Corinne Kannenberg, Leslie Kannenberg, Alayna Heim, Brianna Heim, and Paulina Colwell. Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Walton B. Colwell, Jr., a son Clifford Colwell, her parents Karl and Charlotte Krusmark, and two brothers, Karl and Lee Krusmark.
Graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2016, 2pm at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery, 7777 W. 29th Ave., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
