

Jacob "Pete" was born in Donnellson, Iowa on April 23, 1935 to Lura Morgan and Jacob Graber. He graduated from Montrose High School in 1954. After moving to Englewood, CO he met Peggy Dodrill and married her in 1956. They made their home in Littleton, CO in 1960.
Jacob" Pete" worked in many industries, until he found his passion and became owner of G&S Auto Parts & Machine Shop in 1978. He spent 35 Years working there with wife Peggy and son Karl.
Jacob "Pete" was active with Boy Scouts when his sons were young. He also was an arbitrator for Denver Better Business Bureau. His spare time was spent Camping with ‘The Mountain Goats’ (Being an old goat himself, he really enjoyed his time away in the mountains) He enjoyed working on vehicles and antique cars. He had a knack for gardening and woodcarving. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed many cruises, traveling and camping. Pete was known for his sense of humor, knowledge and you were never a stranger for long.
He will be missed by his wife of 57 years Peggy, his four children, Kellie King and her husband Bernie of Littleton, CO. Jerry Graber and his wife Lori of Morrison, CO. Janelle Pearce and her husband Kent of Onset, MA. Karl Graber and his wife Kim of Littleton, CO. Nine grandchildren: Andrea, Robert and Jessica King of Littleton. Luke, Joshua and Daniel Graber of Morrison, CO. William Pearce of Cambridge, MA. Barbara Babcock and Jacob Graber of Littleton, CO. Great-grandsons: Samuel, Matthew and Caleb Babcock of Littleton, CO. His brother: James Graber and his wife Carol of Brighton, CO. He leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A celebration of Pete’s life will be held at: 9:00am, Monday, June 24, 2013 at Olinger Crown Hill Chapel.
