She was preceded in death by her husband, William R. McAtee, renowned cosmetologist Mr. Mack of Neusteters. She is survived by her children, Larry McAtee, Trish McAtee York, and Peggy Parella; seven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Jeanette, an Englewood high school graduate, served in the Red Cross and was a munitions inspector during WWII. As an active member of Lakewood Country Club, she had been involved with Colorado Women’s Golf Associate and LCC Junior Golf.
A family-oriented homemaker and sports fan, she was a socially active woman who loved spending time with family, friends, neighbors, and her beloved dog, Harley.
