Jerry Clark Carmichael

Jerry Carmichael 79, of Golden, Colorado passed away gently on April 6th, 2018 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Jerry was born to Harold and Virginia Carmichael on October 4th, 1938 in Lincoln, Nebraska. He worked in many different fields, but was a Mechanic for Jefferson County Schools for many years. Jerry had two wonderful children Michael and Leslie. He was a creative soul that enjoyed creating art in many different mediums. Jerry loved people and was always volunteering, he helped many people throughout his life time. He also enjoyed traveling the globe and seeing all the things this wonderful planet had to offer. Jerry also loved animals and his dog, Miss Bridgette, will miss him dearly, but will continue to be spoiled by Jerry's son Michael, which she lives with now. Even though Jerry was divorced he kept in touch with his ex-wife Myrna and they spoke almost every day.

Jerry is survived by his two children Michael Carmichael and Leslie Ingersoll, as well as his brother Tom Carmichael, and his granddaughter Amanda R. Soper.

He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Virginia and his siblings Gean Carmichael and Mary Lue Gibenrath.

Jerry will be sorely missed by his family, friends, his dog Miss Bridgette, and all the people that he touched in his volunteer work.
