

She was born on October 28, 1932 in Missouri to Edra and Henry Taylor. She was married to James Netick and many years later married Earl Say. They both preceded her in death. Also preceded by the death of her parents, her brothers Owen, Warren, and Melvin Taylor and her granddaughter Sherrye Cue.
She is survived by her son Jeffery Netick, daughter Tricia and her husband Robert Woodyard, her daughter Roxanna Say, granddaughter Colleen and husband Mack McKenzie, great granddaughter KC and her husband Calvin Voss, great grandson Dalton Laurich and great great grandson Kobyn Voss.
Joann grew up in Las Animas, Colorado and as a young adult she attended beauty school in Denver where she met her first husband James Netick. They married and had 2 children and lived on a ranch in Gunnison. The ranch was a homestead by James’ parents Lillian and George Netick.
Years later Joann attended a Junior College to become a bookkeeper. She worked many years for a law firm.
Later in life she met Fredward Earl Say, married and had Roxanna Say.
Service was held at the Pavilion at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery in Wheat Ridge on August 8, 2023. Followed by a reception. The service was officiated by her granddaughter Colleen McKenzie.
Joann’s final resting place is beside her husband at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery, 7777 W 29th Ave. Wheat Ridge, Colorado
