John was a hard working strict father with a big heart. He raised 5 boys, survived by 4 Chris Darnell, Donald Joseph, Gregory James, and John Paul, 6 of 7 grandchildred and 10 great grandchildren. John was survived by two sisters Betty Mika and Frances Kaveny. John loved his brothers and sisters, he always found time to visist them and keep up with their families. John was in the meat packing industry and always had various side jobs. He was a strong leader of men and women as an executive officer for UFCW Local 7 and always fought hard for for the labor rights of his membership. He enjoyed watching sports, gambling, and playing golf. Born October 5, 1933, Passed away August 26, 2026 he was 92.
