Dr. John J. Van Horn, 90, passed away on Dec. 29, 2011. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Betty. Services will be at 12:00pm on Tues, Jan 17, at Crown Hill Mortuary with visitation one hour prior. Burial to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
