Joe was a simple man of pride. He grew up in North Denver and graduated from Holy Family Catholic School where he excelled in sports. He worked his entire life in construction and enjoyed tinkering in his garage. Joe loved family dinners and watching sports. "The toughest guy I know." He will be missed.
He is survived by his son, Joseph Michael (Claire) Macaluso III, grandchildren, Liesa (Jason), Christopher (Kathy), Joseph IV (Megan) and John (Kayla), and great-grandchildren, Elijah, Avery, Joseph V "George" and Jordan. His wife, Sue, preceded him in death. He will be laid next to her at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
