Juan is survived by his wife Maria; children: Rosa Urrutia, Lencho Urrutia, Madaleno Urrutia, Patricia Urrutia, Juan Urrutia, Trinidad Urrutia, Jesus Urrutia; grandchildren: Monica Palomo, Saul Palomo, Shantel Palomo, Angel A. Palomo, Myra Rios-Nunez, Willie Rios-Nunez, Carlos Urrutia, Angel Urrutia, Yvonne Gonzalez, Iris Gonzalez, Daniel Rodriguez, Adrian Smith, David Urrutia, Isabel Urrutia, Adriana Urrutia and Marissa Urrutia and great grandchildren: Nydia Rosas, Isaac Hernandez-Nunez, Ayden DeVaul and Yamile Rios-Nunez.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 13, 2015 from 1-3pm with Rosary at 3pm at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary. Funeral service will be Monday, December 14, 2015 at 12pm at the Olinger Crown Hill Chapel of Peace.
