Kathleen Lenore Beierle

Kathleen Lenore Beierle passed away peacefully at the age of 84, on September 19, 2026, in Denver, Colorado. Kathleen was one of the adored daughters of Johannes and Katherine Wagner. She is survived by her sister, Jeanette Wagner.

Kathy’s entire life was an illustration of love, dedication and the enjoyment of life. She met her husband, Jim, when she was only 5 years old, as they lived across the street from each other in Denver. Kathy and Jim both attended Manual Highschool in Denver, Kathy graduating in 1960. After graduation, Kathy attended CSU in Ft. Collins for a short time prior to beginning her career in accounting with Wagner Equipment Company.

Kathy and Jim began their journey in life together after getting married on September 29, 1961, in Denver. They welcomed a new daughter into their lives, Lori Sue Beierle, on March 24, 1962, and a new son, Robert Dean Beierle, on January 10, 1964. In 1967 they purchased a new house and moved to Arvada where they would raise their two children and eventually retire.

In retirement Kathy and Jim spent time helping to raise their grandchildren, Sophie and Joe Beierle. They supported their grandkids by spending quality time with them and attending various sports and after school activities, such as soccer, tennis, lacrosse, choir and dance.

They also traveled extensively during retirement, covering a large portion of the lower 48 states. They frequently traveled on the road with their motorhome, pulling their motorcycle in trailer behind them. Bringing the motorcycle along allowed them to attend various motorcycle rallies in other states while also seeing several various points of interest.

Memories of Kathleen will always be loved by her surviving family and friends. She will be sorely missed.

A grave side memorial service will be held for Kathleen on Saturday October 3rd, 10:00 am, at Crown Hill Cemetery. After the service there will be a gathering of friends and family at Rob and Anne Beierle’s house, 11:00 am, at 2705 Clover Road, Golden, CO.
