It is with deep sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of Kelli Jean Rossiter-Bashline, a woman whose vibrant spirit and boundless love touched the hearts of all who knew her. She passed away on Sunday, September 22nd, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, humor, and love. She is survived by her husband Kevin and her two daughters, Katelyn and Kristin, her older brothers, Don and Les (Lillie), and her beloved cat Maisie.
Kelli was born in Denver, Colorado to Harvey and Lila Rossiter on October 31st, 1962 , the youngest of their three children. Born on Halloween, she always had a bit of magic about her. With her sarcastic wit and mischievous sense of humor, it was as if she carried a little of that trickster spirit with her all year long. Kelli was the kind of person who turned the most ordinary days into grand adventures, whether that was taking off to a random destination like Glenwood Springs or hunting for treasure at antique shops or Homegoods. Her infectious laughter and quirky, ironic sense of humor brightened every room she entered. Like her mother and father, she was an avid crafter and hobbyist. She enjoyed crochet, puzzles, building legos, and painting ceramics, though she always judged herself too harshly. Kelli spent most of her career as a payroll specialist, working in many different fields. Before settling down, she worked as a PT aide at a hand clinic and even taught aerobics for Richard Simmons.
Though she is no longer with us, her memory lives on, engrained in every aspect of our lives. The memories she leaves behind are full of laughter and love.
