Ken Powell

William Kenneth Powell was born on July 14th, 1951 in Cortez, Colorado. He lived in Colorado, Louisiana, and found in final residence with his wife in Arizona. He worked as a programmer for Xcel Energy and IBM throughout his life. Other than his family, he had three loves; golfing, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. Ken passed away on October 3rd, 2017 at the age of 66 after a long battle with Multiple Myeloma Cancer.

Ken was proceeded in death by his mother Amanda Sue Powell and father William Bethel Powell. He is survived by his wife Susan Mudd-Powell. Three sons; Korey Powell- wife Angie Powell, Keith Powell- wife Leigh Powell, Andrew Mudd- wife HollyAnn Mudd and four grandchildren; Alex Powell, Maxston Powell, Aislyn Mudd, and Sloane Mudd. As well as two sisters Gail Powell and Shirley Kitchens and one brother Ric Wells.

Services Saturday, October 14, 2017, 2pm in the Pavilion of Reflection located on the grounds of Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary, 7777 W. 29th Ave., Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service.
