Kim Marie Hambright

Kim Marie Hambright departed this life on the morning of Sunday, August 20, 2023, at Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge, CO, surrounded by loved ones singing and seeing her across the rainbow bridge. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, John F. Hambright Iv, and three children, Ben Hambright, J.J. Hambright, and JoDee Marie Hambright. Despite her strong will to live, Kim ultimately succumbed due to complications from COVID pneumonia.

Born July 26, 1955, Kim Marie Reynolds was preceded in death by her parents, Wanda Jo Reynolds and Francis Michael Reynolds, and beloved siblings, Kevin Reynolds and Michael Reynolds. She is survived by siblings Michelle Michaels, Patrick Reynolds, and Joseph Reynolds, each with an extensive lineage, all of whom loved their Aunt Kim.

She was a hardworking and independent woman, with a heart of gold and a sassy spirit. Passionate, caring, and sometimes too big-hearted for her own good, she touched the lives of countless people, even welcoming many into her home for respite, healing, and support.

Kim will forever be in our hearts and in the way we carry ourselves in the world - through every kind touch, supportive hug, and good deed done. May she rest peacefully knowing she left "a whole lotta love behind." Her memory will be cherished and she will be missed by many.
