Her family moved to Colorado in 1942 and settled in the north Denver Highlands neighborhood. Preceded in death by her husband, William J. Long, of 43 years of marriage and her loving son, William J. Long, Jr.
She was very active and enjoyed dancing, travel, and family celebrations. She most dearly, loved her family - survived by her sister Elaine, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and extended family.
She will be honored with a celebratory service on January 13th, Thursday, at 2:00pm in the Crown Hill Hall, 7777 West 29th Ave, Wheat Ridge followed by internment at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
