Lil was one of those rare and special people that I have had an opportunity to work with.  Lil was a very knowledgeable and professional HR person.  There are many professionals, but only a few who balance doing their job with compassion and respect to the level she did.  Even when she had to be tough you knew she cared.  And she always did it with smile.  I will cherish my memories of Lil and always grow that part of herself that she left with me.  My prayers are with your family.

I am so sorry for your loss.  My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.  My fondest memories of Lil are working with her when we signed cards for donations to the company (End of Year Appeal).  We would put the oldies on and we would calypso and she even did the funky chicken.  That time of the year will never be the same without her.  She loved to dance.  Know that now she is still dancing with the angels.
