Linda Viguerie Howell

"It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Karen Viguerie Howell. Linda passed away on June 22, 2026, at the age of 74. Linda is survived by her husband David, two children and 6 grandchildren. She was loved by all who knew her.

Linda was born on November 17th, 1951, in Corpus Christi, Texas to Lora and James Viguerie. After her father passed away from polio she and her mother relocated to the family home of Barton, Mississippi.

Linda suffered from severe asthma throughout her life. It was this ailment that led her to move away to the dry climate of Arizona for college, before returning home to marry David. After a few stints around the U.S. Linda and David finally settled in Denver, CO where they raised their three children.

She was an avid gardener, who enjoyed cooking, traveling, reading and above all else loved spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed.

James, Chapter 1, verses 2 and 12:

Consider it pure joy, my brethren, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.

Blessed be the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, He will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.
