He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Emma; children Virginia (Agustine) Ruiz, Sonia (Will Moten) Ford, Manuel (Lavon) Lopez Jr., Jose (Nohelia) Lopez and Sandy (Marc) Rivera; 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 8 siblings. He was a boxing coach for many years and was known for being a good cook. He loved to attend his grandkids sporting events and enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be lovingly remembered. Viewing Thursday, October 24th, 5:00-7:00pm with Rosary at 7:00pm at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary. Mass Friday, October 25th, 10:00am at the Olinger Crown Hill Pavilion, 7777 W. 29th Ave., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. Interment will follow at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
