Marian Louise Neale

Marian was born on October 28, 1930 in the family home in Denver, CO to parents Fred and Mary Ann Becker. She had one older brother, Bob, who was her best friend.

Marian married Robert John Neale on August 13, 1950. Together they spent many weekends in the mountains enjoying their favorite hobby, fishing. She also spent many hours sewing clothes for her girls and making drapes. Every August she canned food for the following year with the help of her girls.

Her greatest love was being a homemaker and mother to her two girls. She lost her first daughter who was stillborn in June of 1952. In October of 1953, Susan Ann was born followed by Marian's second baby girl, Sharon Kay in February of 1956. Her first grandchild, Jennifer was born in April of 1978, followed by her first grandson, Neal, born in May of 1980. Two years later, Jade arrived in March, then her second grandson, Brett soon followed in May of the same year.

After her girls graduated from high school, Marian began working at Arvada Motor Vehicle. She retired around the age of 65.

Marian lost her husband in May of 1987. She lived in her house alone until her death, the same house she lived in for 75 years.

At her time of death, she had 6 great-grandchildren; Rylee Hirsch, Bryce Bauma, Jaxon and Jewel Johnson, McKenzie Bauma, and Payton Seipp - who made Marian a great-great grandmother with the birth of her son, Cody.

Marian's family was her true love and they will miss her deeply.

Marian will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery next to her husband.
