Marsha's passing is a great loss for our neighborhood corner. She will be deeply missed. Marsha took great pleasure in tending to her garden in the front porch and sharing serene moments with Bob on the chair. She would warmly greet us, talk to us, and ask about our well-being and life situations. We cherished her beautiful garden flowers and the tranquil sound of the running water in her fish pond. The children especially looked forward to the candies she generously gave out every Halloween. Her unexpected departure was a shock to our little community, and our heartfelt prayers go out to Bob, her family, and her friends during this difficult time.

Marsha, I am grateful for all the wonderful times we had together --from our world class shopping adventures to Glamour Puss lunches.  Your warm smile and engaging personality made you a joy to be with and a challenge to keep up with.  We had nothing but fun.

Marsha was a kind sister to me.

Whenever I took my granddaughter out to play and passed by her doorstep, she and Bob always greeted and chatted with us. She made me feel like she was a close friend or family member back in my home country. She brought a lot of joy to me, every time we talked.

On the morning before I returned to my home country, I visited her to bid farewell. She showed me her exquisite Chinese furniture and her deep appreciation for Chinese culture. Soon after I returned, I purchased a Chinese-style shirt for her, hoping a family friend could bring it to her in November, as I believed Marsha would appreciate it. Unfortunately, she didn't get the chance to receive it..

May Marsha rest in peace in the heaven.

While I didn't have the privilege of meeting Marcia personally, I do know how very special she was to my father, Bob Wood and how much she will be truly missed. All my best to the family and lifting you in prayer.

Marsha was an amazing friend. Even during Covid our little group of five would meet at her house on Friday night to celebrate our friendship. We'd bring our own food and beverages to stay safe. Losing her was like losing a sister. I'm going to miss her for the rest of my life.
