Mary Ellen Samora was called home by our Lord on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. She was born on February 19, 1947, to Leonard and Romona Trujillo (Maestas) in Trujillo Creek, Colorado. Mary Ellen was united in marriage to Isaac Samora for 43 years. Together, they enjoyed many happy years taking cruises, other trips with family and visiting loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Ramona Trujillo, husband Isaac Samora, her sister Juanita Boyer, brother Leonard Trujillo Jr and Sister Alice Olguin, Ruby and Lorraine Trujillo.
She is survived by Nephews and Nieces, David Boyer, Vickie Seela, Stephen Boyer, Gerald Olguin, Linda Schrag, Kenneth Olguin and Dale Trujillo.
Pallbearers are Mark Dobrovolny, Isaac Dobrovolny, Bill Steeter, Stephen Boyer, Gerald Olguin and Dale Trujillo.
Mary Ellen worked for the City & County of Denver Courts over 30 years till her retirement.
Viewing will be on June 6, 2023 at 10am, Service at 11am with Pastor Lonnie Samora officiating, graveside at 12:30pm at Crown Hill Chapel and internment at Crown Hill Cemetery, 7777 W. 29th Ave, Wheatridge, CO 80033, with a meal following at Spirit & Truth Fellowship Church, 6424 Urban St, Arvada, CO 80004.
