Our Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Friend ,after a brief illness has passed away.
She is survived by her sisters, Mercedes Signor of W.Des Moines, Iowa and Jean Petted of Coto De Caza, California and her brother, R. Scott Davis, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Survived as well by her children: Barbara Smith of Highlands Ranch, Co, Jamie Leek of Highlands Ranch Co and Daniel J Smith(Son) of Portola, California.Grandchildren: James W. Zink of Denver, co, Lindsey Zink of Denver, Co, Danielle Leon of Highlands Ranch, Co and Daniel Smith of Austin, Tx. Great Granddaughter, Chevelle Leon of Highlands Ranch, Co.Mother was also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
Mother enjoyed her old movies including westerns, especially John Wayne. She was an avid reader and actually had her own miniature library. She was an excellent cook and taught her daughters a lot with cooking. She was also an accomplished seamstress. She loved her children, grandchildren and great granddaughter, they were her driving force. Mothers strong devotion to her faith sustained her through life. She was loved and will be terribly missed.
