He called his mother "mom', He called Lois "mother' and He called my mother ,"aunt babe'. I guess these all were the mother figures in his life. Of course Kay, was the most Important women in his life. His dad was his idol and he loved him very much. In many ways he was much like his father, a mans, man in the old west kind of way . He was direct, very generous, honest, and just loved all of his family, and kept track of birthdays and family history. He kept up the ogden grave site and visited
Eads, Co. every year He could make it on Memorial Day. He did not like living alone after the passing of his mother, and soon after his beloved Kay. Mike rest in peace, our cousin, and friend. Ted and Betty Birdsill.

Mike was a great friend and i enjoyed several trips and lots of time with him to the aspen lodge, remenising about the good ole days, friends and family long past. His presence and friendship will be missed dearly.

My heart is saddened by how we will miss him, his sense of humor, unflinching directness, deep love and heartfelt compassion, and lack of graces. He has taught me so much and somehow is the second father I never knew I needed. All my love to you, and prayer that you are at peace.

Mike was a great cousin and a loving man. I really appreciate how much he kept in touch with my Dad, Jon Ogden, after my mother's passing in March of this year. Mike could tell a great story and loved sharing stories of his youth with his older cousins. We will all miss Mike - Tim Ogden, Denver, CO
