Nellie Adams passed away gently on Sunday April 16th, 2017. Nellie was born in Danville, Illinois in 1927. Nellie married Carl Adams in Lansing, Illinois and later moved to Denver, Colorado. They remained married until his passing. Nellie was a retired accountant and worked for Ralston Purina for many years. She loved Jesus, her family, and helping people. She would reach out to anyone in need. Easter was her favorite holiday, so it was a fitting day for her to go see Jesus. She was a member of Mountain View Church and Bear Creek Church.
Nellie was predeceased by her husband Carl, 3 sisters, and 2 brothers.
She is survived by her son Charles Adams, her daughter Wanda Reisenbigler, 6 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
Nellie will be sorely missed everyday by her children and the entire family.
In lieu of flowers, make a donation in her name to an orphan.
A reception will follow the funeral service at 6200 West 92nd Place, Westminster, Co. 80031
