

Norm was born on August 8, 1930 in Great Falls, Montana to Leslie and Cleo (Allison) Lish. He is preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Laura Elizabeth Clements (Beth), his son Mark Andrew Lish, and his siblings, Evelyn Addison, Betty Dowd, Donald Lish and his parents.
He leaves behind four daughters, Dixie Lish, Laura Ester (Kurt), Linda Erbes (Gary), and Evelyn Brown (Jim), as well as 13 grandchildren and 18-½ great grandchildren.
Norm graduated from high school in Hermiston, Oregon in 1948 and was offered a basketball scholarship to Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. Norm decided to begin his career in sales and declined the scholarship.
While traveling for work Norm met Beth at a dance in Firth, Idaho on March 25, 1950 which happened to be her birthday. Dancing together remained a passion for both throughout their lives. They fell in love and were married November 11, 1950 and later sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple for time and eternity. Together they lived a life of faith and service as members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Norm and Beth lived in Kansas and Oklahoma before settling in Golden, Colorado in 1961, where they raised their five children. Norm built a successful stainless steel cookware business and owned his own company, Continental Enterprises of Denver, Inc. for over 50 years, with Beth by his side.
Norm was a caring and loyal son, husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, neighbor and friend. Throughout his life he was devoted to his wife, family, and church, where he served as Bishop and other positions over the years. He loved his Savior very much.
Norm was an inspiration to his family and many others during his life. He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
