I remember a warm, loving aunt, always made us feel welcome and part of the family, even though we didn't get to visit very often. Thank you Aunt Opal, you will be truely missed.

My mother, best friend and hero
Opal was a dedicated mother; she treasured her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and embraced every moment with them.

She lived her life by example – showing kindness and compassion, facing life head on, being brave and courageous. She wanted her children to do the right thing, treat people the way you would want to be treated and to take care of each other.

All whom loved her dearly will never forget her tenacity, wit, charm and grace and undying love and caring for them.
