Pat passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Mike; sons Scott M. Forrester and Charles C. Hill; grandchildren Bobbi Jo, Billi Jo, Angela, Jason, Christopher and Destiny; siblings Jean English, Jeri McFadden and Lu Persiani and many treasured friends. Her son, Dennis Forrester preceded her in death. Services will be at 2:00pm on Wed. May 13, 2015 at Olinger Crown Hill Pavilion of Reflection. She will be laid to rest at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
