Pat is survived by her husband, Ronald; children, David E. Leach, Timothy J. Leach and Angela Leach (Tony) Pizzichini; grandchildren, Zachery D. Leach, Seth J. Leach, Matthew P. Leach, Jonathan Leach, A. Vincenzo Pizzichini, Gabriela C. Pizzichini and Micheala R. Leach; and great-grandchild, Rylee Leach.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Thelma; son, Michael Leach; and her beloved, four-legged companion, Wickett.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary – Pavilion.
