Penny is survived by her children, Debbie Padgett and Steven and Lisa Wielgosz, and grandchildren, Tyler, Chelsy, Ciara, and Zed.
A visitation for Penny will be held Monday, April 15, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary and a funeral service will occur Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Pavilion of Reflection. A committal service will follow at 1:00 PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery. A Reception will follow at the Veterans of Foreign Wars, 4747 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80204.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Penny's memory may be made to American Legion Women's Auxiliary, 1901 Harlan St., Edgewater, Colorado 80214.
