Peter Nguyen, lovingly known as Peter Prince, was born on February 24, 1983, and proudly called Colorado home all his life. He passed away unexpectedly, finding peace with his father, Khai Nguyen, and the Lord- with his loyal fur baby, Esco, faithfully by his side.
Peter was a doting father to his beloved son, Phillip, whom he loved more than anything in the world. To know Peter was to know a heart that beat for others- generous, kind, and always ready to lift someone up, even when he himself was struggling. He had an unmatched ability to make people laugh, to bring light to any room, and to make those around him feel truly seen.
A writer and a poet at heart, Peter was more than meets the eye. His words carried depth, his thoughts carried meaning, and his spirit carried grace. Those who knew him best understood the quiet strength behind his laughter and the sincerity behind his smile.
Always the gentleman in the room, Peter took pride in treating everyone with respect and compassion. He cared deeply- often for others before himself- and his presence left a mark that will never fade.
Peter's memory will live on through his son, his family, and the many friends who were touched by his warmth, humor, and love. He is now reunited with his father, Khai Nguyen, in heaven, resting in eternal peace.
Peter is survived by his cherished son, Phillip Christensen, and his devoted mother, Chi Nguyen. He is deeply missed by his loyal companion, Esco. He is also survived by his siblings, Tong Nguyen and his wife, Dung Pham, Melissa Nguyen, and Tuyen Nguyen along with her husband, Louie Cervantes. He was a beloved uncle to Truc Nguyen, Jason Nguyen-Duran, Stephanie Nguyen, Addyson Cervantes, Julie Nguyen, her son Victor Camacho, and to Julian Cervantes and Sophia Cervantes.
"Gone but never forgotten - your love, your words, and your light will live in our hearts forever."
