Born in Paterson, New Jersey on June 19, 1950, Phil graduated from high school and enlisted in the United States Air Force. He served four years stationed in Denver, Colorado; Wichita, Kansas; and overseas at the Korat Royal Thai Air Force Base in Thailand. After his discharge, he spent over 40 years in the electrical industry
working as a foreman, field engineer, and a division manager for a national electrical testing company.
In his free time, Phil loved spending time coaching and watching his sons play sports, volunteering with the Cub
& Boy Scouts, helping family and friends with home projects and repairs, and building/modifying his classic 1964 Chevrolet Malibu.
Phil is preceded in death by his parents Jesse and Edna, siblings Keith and Tracy, stepfather Paul, and wife of 46
years, Donna. He is survived by his siblings Mark, Gale, and Karen, and sons Derrick and Stephen.
A memorial service will be held at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary on Friday, February 27th at 9:30am. Internment
will follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery at 1:30pm.
