Randy held a master’s degree. He was a technical writer for numerous software development companies. In his free time, he enjoyed being surrounded by nature and spent a lot of time outdoors. He enjoyed swimming, hiking, and photography. He kept a nice garden. His two dogs, “Lady” and “Precious” kept him company over the years.
He was passionate about music; he loved to play both the piano and organ.
He is preceded in death by his father, Paul N. Nelson, and his mother, Mary L. Nelson. He is survived by his sister, Deborah Nelson.
