My husband and I lived next to Richard for several years when he lived on Inca street. He was the best neighbor ever. We would get each other's mail all the time. My husband's name was Richard D Archuleta. They used to laugh all the time about that. Richard would say, "What are the odds of that" " Two old facts with the same name living next door to each other" " Now I've seen everything." 
He was so kind, he used to talk to my little girls over the fence all the time. ( truthfully, my girls who were two and three years old, would yammer on and on to him and just pester him whenever he was outside on his porch ) they loved him. We are sorry to hear he has passed. We lost touch when we moved to Iowa and had been hoping to see him again.  The girls would have liked to have talked his ear off just one more time.
