Viewing will be from 4-7PM, Tuesday December 4th at Crown Hill Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at 11AM, Wednesday, December 5th at Crown Hill Mortuary.
Richard was born in Denver to Neshan K. and Emma Dearing on September 21, 1922. He graduated at North High School and proceeded to married Jacqueline Jachetta on August 14th, 1949. He worked as a Senior Foreman for Gates Rubber Company for 29 years before becoming a prominent Real Estate entrepreneur and car enthusiast. He was a veteran of WWII and served in the 48th Depot Repair Squadron, Air Force and was awarded the American Service Medal, Asiatic Pacific Service Medal, World War II Victory Medal and Good Conduct Medal. He served on the Jefferson County Parks & Recreation Board, as well as being a board member for the Rolls Royce Club. Dick was an avid bowler, golfer as well as being a member of EAA, the Spirit of Aviation. He held several Gates Merit Awards for Creative Thinking.
Richard is preceded in death by his wife Jacqueline, his parents Neshan K. & Emma, his sisters Margie and Gladys, and his grandson Neshan D. Dearing.
Richard is survived by his son, Daniel R. and Tracy Dearing, his daughter, Lori A. Zivojnovic, his grandchildren, Fiona Dearing, Ashley Zivojnovic, Aubrey Partridge, his daughter in law, Debra Dearing, as well as many other nieces and nephews.
