Richard is survived by his daughter, Shannon (Kevin) McCabe; grandchildren Bryan, Alexis, Emma, Margaret, and Connor; great granddaughter Meara; sister's Ann (The Rev. D Edward) Emenheiser and Jane (Paul) Mueller; nieces and nephews Chris, Sara, Dave and Paul; and many friends and family.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Sarah Minteer, and stepmother Margaret Minteer.
A funeral service for Richard will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 11:00 AM with a visitation starting at 10:00 am at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 9200 W. 10th Ave., Lakewood, CO 80215. A burial will follow at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
