Richard Wallace Parker, age 49, passed away April 19, 2016. Rich is survived by his wife Anita Carney Parker, daughters Allison Parker and Sarah Parker, mother Carolyn Parker, sister Linda Parker Hampshire and her husband Randy Button, also nephews, Aaron Hampshire, Eli Button, aunt and uncle Jane and Gary Waite among other aunts, uncles, and cousins. Richard is preceded in death by his Father James Wallace Parker. Memorial Service will be Sunday, April 24, 2016 at 6pm in the Olinger Crown Hill Pavilion of Reflection. In lieu of flowers donations are preferred to the American Diabetes Association or the Allison and Sarah Parker College Fund c/o Anita Parker.
