Robert Lee Coulter Jr.

He was surrounded by family in his final hours. He was preceded in death by his wife Bette Lee (Curtin) Coulter in October 2003.

He is survived by his children, Suzy Coulter, Lindi Coulter, Patti Coulter and Bob & Claudia Coulter. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one grandchild.

He was born in Albuquerque, NM to Robert (Bill) Coulter and Yola (Haddock) Coulter. Bud married Bette in St Louis, MO on December 8, 1945. He served in both the U.S. Navy while a medical student at Washington University in St Louis and the U.S. Air Force reserve as a General Surgeon during the Korean War. After serving, he and Bette returned with their family to St Louis to live. In 1960 they moved their family to Colorado after a vacation to a dude ranch in Rifle, CO the previous year. He enjoyed skiing, camping and the mountains of Colorado.

There will be no public service per his wishes and both Bud and Bette will be interred at Ft Logan National Cemetery.
