Robert (Bob) Allen Hall began his last journey, 9/16/2019, on his own terms. Surrounded by family, at home in his favorite recliner, Bob passed from this life. We have a big hole in our lives now as Bob was many things to each of us. Husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend and role model. Bob’s love, acceptance and devotion was unwavering. His greatest joys were his wife Debbie, of 44 years, and their three wonderful daughters; Amy, Cori and Casey but with all the drama of living with 4 women, Bob would quietly slip away to his recliner with a scotch and cross stitch project. How happy he was when two wonderful son in laws arrived: Jeremy and Scott. He was a gentle giant of great wisdom, our teacher, our confidant. Loyalty was the make of this man. Bob was very creative and a fabulous cook and loved to feed all who came to the table. 2 pm Sunday lunch was welcome to all and the conversation was never disappointing. Larger than life itself, Bob’s laughter, love, compassion, acceptance, spanish rice, tacos, beans and fried chicken will be lost to us forever. Bob’s dear friend of 61 years, Chris, always told him, “You need to go to the moon so when I need to talk to you, I will know where you are”. So should you need to talk with Bob, you now know where he will be waiting.
