

Bob had lived in the Denver area since 1959. He is survived by sister Jean Adams,daughters Barbara (Lyon) Zeornes, (Johnnie) Lynda (Lyon) Anderson, 3 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
Bob graduated from Mackenzie High School in Detroit Michigan. He achieved many licenses and certificates throughout his life.
Bob worked in the auto industry as a salesman and then in the service area. In later years he worked as a security officer.
Bob was an accomplished musician, he played the clarinet, sang in various church choirs,played the handbells, called round dances, and taught round dance classes.
He made badges for many round dance groups and donated many badges to patriotic causes.
He volunteered at the Jefferson County Sheriffs Office and the Lakewood Police Department. He was an expert marksman and taught firearm safety classes.
Bob liked to stay active, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, hiking, cross-country skiing, tennis, racquetball, and baseball. He took pride in his cars, motorcycles and RV’s and loved animals and rescued several dogs and cats and provided them with a better life.
Following his wishes, private family services will be held.
