Roger Anghis who is survived by his wife of 51 years, Lee Ann Anghis, and one son, Danny (Cassie) Anghis, and two daughters, Michelle (BJ) Flanagan and Kari (Charley) Newsom and three grandchildren, Cody Anghis, Izabella Newsom, and Scout Newsom. He was a loving, patriotic, God fearing man who showed nothing but the utmost respect to all he came into contact with. He was passionate about faith, family, friends, and the fight for truth and he lived life to the fullest.
On that Thursday evening in October, Jesus had his arms wide open to receive His Son and welcome him home.
A "Celebration of Life" service for Roger Anghis will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at the Historic Morrison Church, 111 Market Street, Morrison CO 80465.
In honor of our family's years in visiting Morrison, the family will be enjoying lunch at the Morrison Inn following the service. You are welcome to join us if you would like. Please understand that each guest will be paying for their own meal and/ or beverages of their choice. Price range for meals are $12-$20 not including appetizers, beverages or tips.
The parking around the church is paid parking that only accepts credit or bank cards in the kiosk on each corner.
