Ronald Emmitt Spears was born March 4th 1957, in Denver, Colorado. He was born to Vivian Marguerite
Lindstorm and William Nordyke Spears. Ron graduated from Auburn High School in Auburn,
Nebraska in 1975. He attended Colorado State University for a short period of time before deciding
to join the United States Army. Ron served honorably in the Army from 1975 to 1979. After
returning to Colorado, he worked proudly for many different companies until his retirement in
2003. He retired in Arvada,Colorado until he passed away at his home on February 4th, 2020.
He is survived by his two sister’s Linda MacMackin, her husband Peter, Jacqueline Bush, her
husband Darryl, one brother Gordon Spears, his wife Terry, three nephews Devin, Tony, Tim,
three nieces Shannon ( Nick), Dawn (Mark), Megan, two great nephews Noah, Isaac and three
great nieces Jordan,Trinity and Grace.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Vivian Lindstorm and William Spears, and his niece Monique Margaret Keller.
Visitation will be 4:00 – 6:00pm Tuesday, February 11th followed by a rosary at 6:00pm at
Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery, 7777 W. 29th Ave in Wheat Ridge Colorado. His
funeral service will be held 12:00pm Wednesday, February 12th at Shrine of St. Anne Catholic
Church, 7555 Grant Place, Arvada Colorado. A private graveside burial at Ft. Logan National
Cemetery will follow.
