Roy is survived by wife Roberta, daughter Diane Bartlett (Bobby Burdick), 2 grandchildren Robert James Kernen and Alexandrea Nicole Bartlett and 2 great-granchildren James Noah Bartlett and Natalie Marie Kernen. Visitation Mon. from 5:30-8pm with services at 12:00pm on Tues, both at Olinger Crown Hill. Burial at Ft. Logan National Cemetery
