She is survived by her sons, Larry (Dianne) Draper and Steve (Billie) Draper; grandchildren, Cheryl (Steve) Wyckoff, Robert Draper, and Amy (Danny) Parker; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Cassie, Rylee-Ann and Briana; and brother, Ray Longcrier.
Ruth is preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Draper and Robert Norby; grandson, Michael Draper; brother, Dick Longcrier; and sister Rosie Webber.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 pm, both at Olinger Crown Hill Pavilion.
