Sandra Kay Dardano

Born in Denver, CO on December 11th, 1946 to William & Bertha Hussion. Sandy had two siblings, her brother Larry Hussion and sister Sharon De Lorenzo. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Denver, CO.

On May 5th, 1968 Sandy And William J Dardano gave one another their hand in marriage in Denver, CO.

Sandy went on to become the administrative assistant at Shaw Heights Middle School where she devoted 35 years of her life.

If you knew Sandy you knew she became your friend the moment you met her, everyone was a friend to Sandy. She was a devoted catholic and was a member of St. Marks Catholic Church in Westminster, CO.

Sandy enjoyed taking beautiful photos of sunrises/sunsets, flowers and of course her grandbabies & great grandbabies who she loved dearly. She and her favorite people enjoyed traveling to Black Hawk and Las Vegas playing her favorite slot machines. Sandy loved going shopping especially at Burlington and getting her nails done with her granddaughters. On all occasions you could find Sandy with a book in her hand and her book collection growing as the days went on.

The person Sandy loved more than anything in this world was her husband William Dardano, and she lived her life as a devoted wife and mother. If you asked Sandy her proudest moments in her life was getting married, having two beautiful daughters, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Sandra is survived by her beloved husband William J Dardano. Her two beautiful daughters Gina Dardano-Roberts and Julie Coffman along with Julie’s spouse Jerry Coffman. Her grandchildren; Marissa Koreny and her spouse Steven Koreny, Christa Dardano, Trevor Coffman and his spouse Jessica Coffman, Valerie Roberts-Holloway and her spouse Matthew Holloway, Nicole Coffman and Lonna Roberts. As well as Her brother Larry Hussion and spouse Tina Hussion. And her beloved great-grandchildren; Elek & Mazikeen Koreny, Wesson, Raelyn & Shepherd Coffman, Kayden, Greyson, Payton & Madilyn Holloway and several nieces and nephews.

Sandy will be joining her Father William Hussion and Mother Bertha Hussion, Sister Sharon De Lorenzo, Nephew Tyson Hussion, Son in-law Jim Roberts, her daughters pup Mimzy and several loved family members in Heaven.

A Celebration of Life will take place Wednesday August 26th, 2026 at Olinger Crown Hill, 7777 W 29th Ave Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. The family will receive visitors 11:00am to 12:00pm, and the Funeral Service will begin at 12:00pm. Following the funeral service a Committal Service will be held at 2:00pm followed by the reception at 3:00pm.

During the service the Pallbearers in care of Sandy will be; Larry Hussion, Jerry Coffman, Trevor Coffman, Steven Koreny, Matthew Holloway and Brayden Killmon.
