Sharlene Chacon, a loving Mother, Grandmother and Caregiver. She was a long resident of Denver, Colorado. She passed away suddenly but fought long and hard. She gained her wings May 26, 2021, at the age of 52. She is now welcomed at the pearly gates entrance by both of her mothers Grace Lopez and Jean Cassidy-Lopez and her sister Shelly Chacon, they were inseparable, she was also taken too soon. As well as her long time friend/ love Dwight Froe. Sharlene lives on through her beloved family: Her grandmother Rozella Trujillo, her father Marvin Cassidy, Her three daughters Maurine, Nicole and Grace, all 11 grandchildren, Angel, Taya, Olivia, Josiah, Isaiah, Lillyana, Kingsley, Major, Sophia and Mila. Her sister Sherry Trujillo and her Brothers Marvin, Jerry and Neil Cassidy. As well as her children she loved as her own Bobby Lopez, Alexis Lopez, Dominic Trujillo, Sheerae Lamorie, Joshua Sandoval, Angel Gurlue and Tiffany Brouwer. Her son in law Steven Kan, Her husband Brian, Her dear puppy Charlie And all her loving family and friends who will miss her dearly. Sharlene was born in Denver Colorado on November 22, 1968. She was raised in Burbank California then came back to Denver, Colorado, Where she put herself through medical school for several years and still manage to work and raise her daughters. She obtained her license to be a CNA, physical therapist, phlebotomist, CPR and first aide, Q map Certified, personal caregiver & so much more. She was always willing to learn as much as she could to improve her clients lives. She worked as a personal caregiver for many years and devoted her life to caring for others. She instructed silver sneakers classes and so much more. Her clients always became family as time went on. She was a single mother who worked very hard to provide for her family, never asking for handouts or a helping hand. Sharlene's greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was very outgoing and adventurous, wild some might say. She played and watched all sports. She was a die hard Bronco fan. She loved all genres of music and was always laughing and smiling, her joy was contagious. She always had a complement to give somebody and it was genuine. She loved to cheer on and encourage others and let’s not forget THAT WHISTLE! She was a free spirited person always up for anything. She was more of a relationship versus religion type of soul. She had a strong faith in Christ. She will be with us as our guardian Angel until we meet again.

My beautiful Sharlene I will miss you, Sharlene and I had a special bond, Sharlene was a happy soul, a great mom, grandma and friend, I met Sharlene through my son Robert Lopez, I loved Sharlene like a daughter, Sharlene and Robert were together for years and they had two beautiful girls, Nicole and Gracie, I am so thankful for these wonderful granddaughters whom I love very much, I know that these girls are in great pain at the loss of their loving mom, my heartaches for them and all the family, may God be with you all.

As with the rest of the family I am broken hearted. Sharlene was far to young to leave us we all love her so much. Someone said to me the other day "you all love her but God loved her more and He knew it was her time to join her loved ones that loved her also" Who knows the mysteries of life, only our Dear LORD, and with faith I agree His timing is always the right time. God bless us all who are hurting and may His Grace fall on us and give us Peace. love to all Gramma Roz
