Sharon was born in Denver, CO. on February 20, 1945 to Charles and Margie Macy. She grew up in North Denver and attended Denver Public Schools, graduating from North High School.
Sharon was married to Thomas Lee White in 1962. They were blessed with three sons, Jeffery, Donald, and Patrick. They made their home in Denver and were gifted with 45 years of marriage until Tom’s passing in 2007.
Sharon worked for the Denver Regional Council of Governments before retiring after more than 25 years of service. She was passionate about her work and truly cherished her co-workers. Sharon’s greatest joy was spending time with family and friends. She loved her grandchildren dearly and was delighted in spoiling them. She loved spending summers at Lake McConaughy in Nebraska surrounded by family. She also had a great passion for crafts and was known by all as being extremely talented.
Sharon is survived by her son Jeffery and wife Sarah, and their children Cole, Abby, Chance, and Jaxon, son Donald and wife Sarah Beth, and their children, Nikolai, Isabella, and Aidan, son Patrick and his wife Chantel, and their children Hunter, Cooper, and Grady, her sisters Charlene (Buzz) Yocum and Ruthann Elder, along with several nieces and nephews.
Sharon is proceeded in death by her parents, her sister Patricia, and her husband Tom. She was a friend to all and will be greatly missed for her humor, kindness, and crazy stories.
