Shirley Mae Johnson, age 90, passed away June 22, 2017. She is survived by her children: Lynette (Art) Crum, Scott Johnson and Kirk (Cassy) Johnson; grandchildren Kayci (Jonathan) Bass, Mindee Crum, Miles Johnson, Tristan (Chihiro) Johnson and Fletcher Johnson and great grandchild Silas Bass. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Roy Johnson. She was a Denver native and proud graduate of East High School (Go Angels!). Shirley was a master gardener, growing prize roses that sometimes reached 7 feet high! Along with her mother she was a lifelong member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Shirley was retired from Kmart and spent her retirement years traveling with her husband and entertaining her grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 5-7pm; service will be Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 11am both at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary.
