Graduated from Lakewood High School in 1949, and the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1954 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a secondary in Elementary Education. Survived by husband Ray, children Randy (Cindy) Tanner, Merri (Randy) Pedersen, Scott (Debbie) Tanner, 7 grandchildren – Brittnee Tanner, Michelle Tanner, Daniel Tanner, Stephanie Tanner, Wendy Pedersen, Erik Pedersen, and Coleton Tanner, and 1 soon to be great-granddaughter – Olivia. Preceded in death by son Michael Tanner. Viewing 4-6pm Sunday, August 19th at Crown Hill Mortuary. Memorial Service at 11:30am Monday, August 20th at Green Mountain United Methodist Church, 12755 W Cedar Dr. Lakewood, Co 80228. Private burial at Ft Logan.
