She was born in Denver, Colorado where she built a life centered around family, community, and kindness. Shirley was known for her warm kitchen, where no one ever left hungry. She was a woman of faith, she spoke her mind was stubborn and feisty and known to cheat when playing family games.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joe and son Brad, she is survived by her children, Dirk, Gary, Cheryl; her grandchildren Jeremy, Joe, Monica, Danny, Carly, Jessica and great grandchildren Carramaena, Vincinzo, Adamo.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for the love she gave so freely.
