
Born October 21, 1936 in Pueblo, Colorado she was the daughter of the late Francis Pike and Thelma Hurd
Sondra was a huge animal lover and always had dogs. She was involved with many animal welfare groups which she greatly enjoyed. She was a homemaker who enjoyed decorating her home in full for all holidays. She loved and enjoyed her granddaughters, always welcoming them and their friends into her home. She had many special friends from grade school, all getting together regularly to enjoy each other’s company.
In addition to her parents, Sondra is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Donald G. Cobb.
Survivors include her two daughters, Cami (Tom) Sebern and Dayna Colvin; one brother, Bill Pike; three granddaughters, McKenna Sebern, Caitlin Sebern and Casondra Colvin; two nieces, Beth (Brian) Thorpe and Lisa (Mike) Jones.
A memorial reception celebrating the life of Sondra will be held Thursday, April 10, 2014 from 2 to 4pm located at Olinger Crown Hill, 7777 W 29th Ave. Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 in the Crown Hill Reception Center.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in memory of Sondra be given to an organization of your choice, preferably one helping or assisting animals.
