Stephanie Marie Shirley

Stephanie Marie Shirley “Sissy” of Boulder, Colorado, age 37, loving mother of four children, received her wings, September 6, 2024, being welcomed into heaven by her loved ones. Born October 23, 1986 to Stephen Wayne and Kelley Marie (Holcomb) Shirley in Memphis Tennessee. She graduated from Olive Branch High School in 2005 and began her career in which she greatly loved. Spending many years in the food and beverage industry, Steph worked for several venues, including Corky’s BBQ and Lafayette’s Music Hall in Memphis. Over the past few years, she resided in Colorado, where she worked at Grandview Tavern in Arvada, bringing her closer to her family (Shirley Crew) and the mountains.

“Sissy” will be forever remembered by family and friends as a shining light. Her vibrant, kind- hearted spirit will always remain in our hearts. She was a unique mother, putting great thought and love into raising her children. She fondly referred to them as her “adults in training.” As a donor, Stephanie’s “wings of freedom” gave life to nine others, enabling her light to continue to shine.

Stephanie is survived by her four children; Aidan Kristopher Mayrena; Jasmine Marie Greer; Kingston Draco Greer; and Jameson Leo Greer, her “birthday buddy”; Keith Mayrena; loving grandparents, Charlotte and James (preceded in death) Greer, Dwight Greer; sisters, Amy Leigh Shirley; Lauren Alexandra Shirley (Abraham); Kayla Leighann Shirley (Keon); brother, Charles Ryan Shirley; nephews, Jalen Myles (preceded in death), Kylen Wayne, Abraham Stephen (Ella), Carlos Javier, Elijah Deuntay; nieces, Jada Lynn, Eliyah Marie, Amiyah Rose, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
